Novo Sancti Petri is a resort complex which is located on the Atlantic coastline of Southern Spain just a few kilometres south of Chiclana. It covers 4,000 hectares and stretches over 4 kilometres of coastline.
There are still plenty of open spaces here, and although the area has become more and more popular over the past few years, it still remains relatively quiet during the winter months. Novo Sancti Petri is next to the beautiful long and sandy La Barrosa beach and is surrounded by a spectacular 36-hole golf course (two x 18 hole courses) , which was designed by Severiano Ballesteros.
Players have stunning sea views from most parts of the course. The area has a number of exclusive hotels, apartments and townhouses complexes. It is a great area to visit if you like cycling as the terrain is very flat and has its own cycle track here (quite unique for this part of Spain).
There is also a very good horse riding school in the area: Hipica Novo Sancti Petri. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops in the resort as well as a clinic. It is an unspoilt area which still offers everything modern amenity to ensure that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
